Faulty or Incorrect Products
You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty or damaged, significantly different from its description, or not fit for its intended purpose.

Change of Mind
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind, including opened or used fragrances.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges at our discretion if the product is unused and returned in original condition within 14 days of purchase.
